Where is Bear Mountain, and how do I get there?

| Bear Mountain Resort is located just 15mins away from beautiful
downtown Victoria. If you are coming from Victoria or the Malahat you will take Exit 14 on to Millstream Rd and follow Millstream Rd. until Bear Mountain Parkway. Bear Mountain Resort offers world class amenities including a spa, top of the line weight facility,
restaraunts and two 18-hole Nicklaus designed golf courses.

Can I Register On Race Day?

| Yes, registration is from 7:30am - 8:45am at the Westin Bear Mountain Resort. |

I am injured and/or cannot attend the event. Can I get a refund or transfer my entry to someone else?
|
| We have a no refund or cancellation policy; however if a letter stating your reason for not being able to race is received by November 1st, your entry may be transferred to the following year. |

| I registered online or mailed in my registration form. How do I know I am entered in the race?
|
| You should receive a confirmation e-mail upon completing the online registration process. Please confirm your registration online upon registering. Do not assume you are registered until you confirm your registration. For all paper entries please check www.raceonline.ca to view confirmation. If you have registered by paper it may take up to 2 weeks before your name is entered on the Confirmation List. |
